Built on an AKM platform, this rifle uses a stamped, fully heat-treated steel receiver with magazine well dimples and a ribbed top cover. The core components are forged, including the bolt, carrier, and front trunnion, providing a robust foundation consistent with AKM design.
The 16.3-inch 4150 steel barrel is nitrided and threaded 14x1 LH, and it comes fitted with an AKM slant compensator. It operates via a semi-automatic, long-stroke gas piston system and is chambered in 7.62x39 with a 30+1 capacity.
Furniture is black polymer with a fixed stock and a black polymer pistol grip, complemented by polymer handguards. Length of pull is 13.0. Sighting is through the standard AK tangent rear leaf and a protected front post, and controls include a right-side safety/selector.
The receiver wears a black oxide finish, and this rifle retains classic AKM details such as the cleaning rod and bayonet lug. It is manufactured in the USA.
