    This current-production Auto-Ordnance Model of 1927 A1 Deluxe is a semi-automatic Thompson-pattern carbine in .45 ACP built in Worcester, Massachusetts. It retains hallmark features including a finned 16.5-inch barrel with a Cutts-style compensator, right-side ejection, a top-mounted charging knob, and classic American walnut furniture. It accepts both stick and drum magazines and comes with a 50-round drum and a 25-round stick magazine. Overall length is approximately 41 inches, with a 16.5-inch length of pull.

    Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.

    Bore Overall Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.

    Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.

    Specific Condition Notes: Minor scratches and blemishes are present. A large scratch is visible on the top of the receiver, and there is additional scratching on the muzzle device. Pitting is present on the trigger guard and inside the barrel serrations. The drum magazine has some mitting present.

    The Deluxe 1927A-1 is the closed-bolt, blowback, semi-automatic configuration of the classic Thompson pattern, produced by Auto-Ordnance in Worcester, Massachusetts. It features right-side ejection and a top-mounted charging knob that follows the traditional layout.

    The 16.5-inch finned barrel is topped with a Cutts-style compensator, measuring approximately 18 inches with the compensator installed. Sights consist of a pinned front blade and an open adjustable rear unit.

    Furniture is American walnut throughout, including a vertical foregrip with finger grooves, a separate walnut pistol grip, and a fixed buttstock with a steel buttplate and rear sling swivel. The blued finish rounds out the classic presentation. Length of pull is 16.5 inches, and overall length is about 41 inches.
