The DDM4V7P pairs Daniel Defense’s proven AR-15 pistol platform with a 10.3-inch, cold-hammer-forged, chrome-lined 4150 CMV steel barrel in a government profile. It uses a 1:7 twist and a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle, matching common 5.56 accessories and muzzle devices.
Its 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers wear a flat dark earth (FDE-like) finish. The pistol operates via a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system and features a manual safety selector with SAFE/SEMI markings. A forward assist and ejection-port cover are present.
The Daniel Defense MFR 9.0 M-LOK free-float handguard is constructed of 6061-T6 aluminum and includes a T-marked top rail. The 9.0-inch handguard provides modern mounting options while maintaining a lightweight profile.
