This Government-length 1911 uses the Browning short-recoil system with a barrel bushing and a GI recoil spring plug, delivering the traditional 5 inch format many shooters prefer in a 9mm single-stack configuration. The non-railed dust cover preserves classic lines while maintaining a steel frame and slide finished in matte black.
Sight alignment comes from Novak-style, dovetailed 3-dot sights, with a front white-dot blade and a drift-adjustable rear secured by a setscrew. The slide features both front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered/scalloped ejection port for reliable cycling and easy manipulation.
Controls and internals reflect a modern Series-80-type setup with a firing pin block, paired with a manual thumb safety and grip safety. A skeletonized, long, three-hole trigger and a skeletonized commander-style hammer complement the 1911 ergonomics. The mainspring housing is flat and vertically serrated, and the front strap has vertical serrations.
