The MC1911 S Untouchable configuration delivers a classic 1911 layout with Series 70-type internals and an all-steel build. Its matte black frame and slide present a uniform finish, with model markings that include "MC 1911 S UNTOUCHABLE" and "GIRSAN," plus import marks from EAA in Cocoa, Florida.
An integral 4-slot Picatinny rail on the dust cover supports common weapon lights or accessories. Front and rear cocking serrations provide positive slide manipulation, and the extended beavertail with grip safety and ambidextrous thumb safety support confident control.
The fire-control setup includes a skeletonized, three-hole trigger and a skeletonized Commander-style hammer. The mainspring housing is vertically serrated, the front strap is vertically serrated, and the flared magazine-well funnel assists with smooth magazine changes.
Sights are fixed, dovetailed 3-dot with a white-dot front and a two-dot rear that is drift-adjustable for windage. The 5 in. barrel uses a standard bushing; the recoil spring plug is marked "GIRSAN" while the bushing itself appears unmarked. Capacity is 8+1 with the included single-stack magazine, which has witness holes as shown.
