Interarms produced this TPH in the United States under license from Carl Walther. The right side of the frame (under the ejection port) is marked: “MADE IN USA INTERARMS ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA.” The left side of the slide reads: “UNDER LICENSE OF Carl Walther Waffenfabrik Ulm/Do. Modell TPH Cal. 22 L.R.”
The pistol features an aluminum‑alloy frame with a stainless‑steel slide and a fixed barrel, and a DA/SA blowback action. Controls include a slide-mounted safety/decocker and a heel-style magazine release, consistent with the TPH pattern.
