The 24-inch barrel is chrome-moly steel, cold hammer-forged with 5R rifling and a 1:8 right-hand twist. It is threaded 5/8x24 and fitted with a muzzle brake, delivering a ready-to-use configuration for recoil mitigation and accessory compatibility.
The chassis uses an in-line recoil path and a hard-coat finished aluminum receiver. A 20 MOA canted Picatinny base is installed on the receiver, and the rifle is supplied without sights. The right-hand bolt wears a large round knob for positive manipulation.
The stock folds and provides adjustable length of pull, comb height, and buttpad height. It includes a bag rider and a 1913 rail segment on the underside. An AR-style Ruger-marked pistol grip completes the ergonomic setup, with a listed length of pull of 12.0.
The handguard is the early Ruger free-float aluminum KeyMod configuration, and this rifle includes a short KeyMod-mounted Picatinny rail section at 6 o'clock. The platform accepts AI-pattern and SR-25/DPMS/Magpul magazines via its multi-magazine latch system; maximum capacity is 10+1.
The Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger is externally adjustable, and a manual safety is fitted. This rifle was manufactured in 2017 in the USA.
