It features the VIS direct-mount, multi-footprint optics interface, a 4.5 in cold hammer-forged, nitrided barrel, and ambidextrous slide stop levers with a reversible magazine release. This example ships with two 20-round magazines and retains factory steel sights.

The Echelon 4.5F employs a removable serialized stainless-steel Central Operating Group (COG) chassis housed in a black polymer frame, providing a robust internal receiver with a durable external shell. The frame includes aggressive grip texturing and interchangeable backstraps to tailor fit.
Its billet-machined steel slide wears a black Melonite finish and integrates the Variable Interface System (VIS), a direct-mount, multi-footprint optics interface. Factory steel iron sights include a high-visibility front dot and a square tactical rack rear notch.
Controls are modern and user-focused, with ambidextrous slide stop levers and a reversible push-button magazine release. An integral 4-slot Picatinny/M1913 rail on the dust cover supports compatible weapon lights or other rail-mounted accessories.
The 4.5 in cold hammer-forged, nitrided barrel is non-threaded. Stated capacity is up to 20+1, and this pistol includes two 20-round magazines. Overall length is 8.0 in, and the unloaded weight is 23.9 oz, offering full-size balance with manageable carry weight.
