This Austrian-made Glock G47 Gen5 MOS is a full-size 9mm built for duty use with an nDLC-finished slide and barrel, a 4.49 in Glock Marksman Barrel, and MOS capability. Developed for U.S. Customs and Border Protection and later released commercially, it combines Gen5 enhancements with practical dimensions and capacity. This example is in excellent condition and includes three 17-round magazines and an aftermarket MOS adapter plate for the Shield RMS/SMS footprint (MNT-MOS-SMS/RMS).

The G47 Gen5 MOS delivers Glock's duty-size 9mm format with a 4.49 in Glock Marksman Barrel, nDLC treatment on both slide and barrel, and a recessed crown. The slide features front and rear serrations and a MOS cut with cover plate for direct mounting via compatible plates (one aftermarket Shield RMS/SMS adapter is included).
Gen5 updates include ambidextrous slide-stop levers and a subtly flared magwell for efficient reloads. The Safe Action system provides a consistent striker-fired experience. Fixed sights include a white dot front and a notch rear.
Originally developed for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the G47 was later introduced to the commercial market. It offers noted parts compatibility with the G17 Gen5 MOS, G19 Gen5 MOS, and G45 MOS, adding flexibility for users managing multiple Gen5 models.
Dimensions are purpose-built: overall length 7.95 in, height 5.47 in, overall width 1.34 in, and slide width 1.00 in. Weight is 23.21 oz without a magazine and 25.93 oz with an empty magazine. Capacity is 17+1, and an accessory rail is present.
Manufactured in Austria with importer markings denoted “MADE IN AUSTRIA – GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA.” The barrel lug is marked “AT” with the Glock logo, aligning with the pistol’s Austrian origin and proofing.
