Made in Belgium by FN and confirmed by Belgian proofmarks, this Light Twenty carries the period-correct "73Z" serial prefix consistent with 1973 production. The receiver is marked "Light Twenty" and retains the hallmark Auto-5 profile with a matted top and a left-side magazine cutoff lever.
The Special Steel barrel is vent-ribbed and matted, roll-marked "Special Steel 20 GA. SHELLS – 2 3/4 – 28" with a fixed choke. The measured barrel length is approximately 27.5 inches (nominal 28 inches), and it is set up with a single front bead for a clean sight picture.
The shotgun operates on Browning’s long-recoil Auto-5 system and is chambered for 2 3/4-inch 20-gauge shells. Capacity is 4+1. A gold-colored trigger adds a classic visual detail consistent with the model and era.
Factory scroll engraving with a zig-zag border highlights the receiver, adding refined detail to the Belgian-made construction. The gloss walnut stock features cut checkering and a Browning "Automatic" hard buttplate, with a length of pull measuring 14 inches.
