This 2013 example features a six-shot fluted cylinder, transfer-bar safety, and dark laminated hardwood grips with Ruger medallions, with matching serial on the frame and packaging.

This TALO Distributors limited edition is a short-barrel stainless variant designated Model 00817 / Catalog KS-43N, built on the New Model Super Blackhawk platform and chambered in .44 Rem Magnum. It pairs a compact 3.75 inch stainless barrel with a six-shot fluted stainless cylinder and a round trigger guard plow-handle grip frame for classic single-action handling.
Factory details include a brushed/satin stainless finish on the frame, cylinder, and receiver, a ramped and pinned front sight, and a fully adjustable rear sight. The revolver is single-action only and incorporates Ruger’s transfer-bar safety system.
The rifling is documented as 6-groove, right-hand, with a 1:20 twist, and the bore presents a clean, mirror finish with sharp lands and grooves. A barrel underside warning rollmark is present, consistent with factory production.
Dark laminated hardwood grips with Ruger medallions complete the package. Packaging is dated September 10, 2013, and the serial on the frame matches the packaging.
