The aftermarket Boyds laminated stock sets this rifle apart, delivering a target-style profile with a beavertail fore-end, rubberized grip and cheek inserts, and a Boyds-branded recoil pad. A front sling-swivel stud is installed on the fore-end.
The 24.8-inch heavy, round-profile barrel is factory threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with a knurled thread protector. The rifle has no iron sights, keeping the sighting system focused on the integral receiver dovetail and included rings.
The receiver’s integral dovetail accepts the installed 30 mm rings, and the right-hand bolt wears a round knob for positive manipulation. A detachable magazine system provides 5+1 capacity, and a two-position safety is fitted. Length of pull is 12.5 inches.
Made in the Czech Republic, this 457 carries Czech CIP proof marks and is marked "MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC." It shows a 2024 date code adjacent to the serial and matching numbers on the receiver and barrel. The barrel and receiver wear a matte blued/black finish; the bolt body is left in-the-white; and the bolt handle/knob are black.
