It carries the Jolly Roger skull-and-crossbones rollmark and pirate selector legends "PLUNDER / ARRR / PARLEY," adding distinctive model-specific branding and theme.
The rifle uses a 14.5 in. MP-inspected M4-profile barrel with a 1:7 twist and a carbine-length gas system. A pinned and welded extended-length muzzle device of about 4 in. brings the total barrel-plus-device length to approximately 18 in., while retaining a threaded barrel beneath the permanently attached device.
Its upper is a flat-top with a Picatinny rail and includes a forward assist, ejection-port cover, brass deflector, and an M4 forging mark. Sighting equipment includes a fixed A2 front sight, an installed flip-up polymer rear sight, and a Sightmark red-dot sight with flip-up caps. The lower is black anodized, while the upper and barrel wear a tan/brown overcoat for a deliberate two-tone look.
Furniture includes a two-piece polymer carbine-length handguard and B5 Systems components: an adjustable carbine stock with integrated QD socket and a B5 Systems pistol grip. The rifle is equipped with a SOLGW charging handle. Marked "MOD – ST15," it follows the AR-15 platform and lists a 30+1 capacity with an approximate length of pull range of 11–14.5 in.
