It includes the internal S&W key-actuated lock and wears safety-orange rubber, finger-grooved grips with S&W medallions, plus a lanyard ring installed at the butt.
Factory markings include "MADE IN U.S.A. SPRINGFIELD, MA," and the yoke is marked "MOD 500." Matching assembly numbers "343" are present on the crane and frame window. The factory envelope notes 6-groove, right-hand rifling and confirms the ES kit identification.
