Built in Ulm, West Germany in 1968, this PPK shows the expected factory proofs and markings: Ulm antler, Eagle/N nitro proof, and "Made in W. Germany." The chamber hood bears the proofs and a two-digit date stamp. The slide and frame carry matching serial numbers.
The pistol is a compact DA/SA, straight-blowback design with a ring-spur external hammer. It features a slide-mounted safety/decocker with a red dot fire indicator, a loaded chamber indicator, and the PPK’s characteristic lack of an external slide stop lever.
Construction is carbon steel with a polished blued finish. Sighting is straightforward and fixed, with an integral front blade and a square-notch rear. The slide adds practical touches including top anti-glare serrations and vertical rear serrations for purchase.
Chambered in .380 ACP, it uses a standard 6+1 capacity and a barrel measuring approximately 3.3 inches. Three Mec-Gar magazines are included, each a steel single-stack design with finger-rest floorplates and clear MG triangle and Made in Italy markings.
