This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 pattern rifle with a field-applied rattle-can camouflage finish and thoughtful add-ons for practical handling. It features a 16-inch threaded barrel with a birdcage flash hider, a free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard with a slick top and short bolt-on 12 o’clock Picatinny rail sections near the rear and toward the muzzle, and a flat-top upper with forward assist, shell deflector, and dust cover. It comes with a BCM M-LOK vertical foregrip and a two-point web sling with a push-button QD swivel at the handguard. The bore is excellent.

Built on PSA’s PA-15 platform, this rifle uses a direct-impingement, semi-automatic action in 5.56mm NATO. The receiver set is aluminum with a flat-top upper that includes a forward assist, shell deflector, and dust cover. The lower is marked "PA-15 MULTI," and the manufacturer/location marking reads "PALMETTO STATE ARMORY, WEST COLUMBIA, S.C."
The 16-inch barrel is threaded and capped with a birdcage-style flash hider. A low-profile gas block sits under a free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard that provides M-LOK slots and a slick top with short bolt-on 12 o’clock Picatinny rail sections for mounting accessories. No sights are installed.
Furniture includes an adjustable polymer stock finished to match the camouflage pattern and a Magpul pistol grip. Controls are standard AR-15 with a manual safety selector. Capacity is 30+1 with the included magazine.
