The Special Sporting Clays Edition Citori is configured for target work, pairing 30 inch steel barrels with porting to help moderate muzzle rise. A ventilated rib with a white front bead provides a clean sighting plane well-suited to sporting clays.
Chambered for 2.75 inch 12 gauge shells, this break-action over/under holds two rounds and uses Browning’s Invector-Plus choke system with extended tubes for pattern tuning. The single gold-colored trigger is complemented by the Browning Buckmark on the trigger guard and gold model markings on the receiver.
The stock set is gloss-finished walnut with a full pistol grip, crisp checkering, and a competition-style forend. Length of pull measures 14.0 inches, and the stock exhibits right-hand cast-off for improved gun fit to a right-handed shooter.
A Counter-Coil recoil pad has been installed to reduce felt recoil and aid control during extended shooting sessions. The shotgun retains its blued/black gloss metal finish, and the receiver is marked "Special Sporting Clays Edition" and "BROWNING sporting clays" in gold. Proof and origin markings read "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q., MADE IN JAPAN."
