This Hi-Point Model 4095 has been converted to a compact bullpup configuration using the High Tower Armory MBS 95 Bullpup conversion. It features a 17.5 in steel barrel, a simple straight blowback action, and a two-tone OD green/black polymer chassis marked Made in the USA. A full-length top Picatinny rail, M-LOK-compatible handguard, installed vertical foregrip, and a ported muzzle brake/compensator round out a feature-rich setup with four included magazines.

The High Tower Armory MBS 95 Bullpup conversion relocates the magazine well behind the pistol grip, creating a compact bullpup layout with right-side ejection. The chassis is a durable polymer design finished in OD green and black and is marked Made in the USA. Length of pull is set at 15.25 inches for a solid shoulder weld.
The rifle retains the Hi-Point 4095’s simple straight blowback operating system in .40 S&W, paired with a 17.5 in steel barrel. The bore presents clean and bright, with sharp rifling consistent with the listed condition.
Accessory mounting is straightforward with a full-length top Picatinny rail and an accessory rail under the fore-end. The polymer handguard integrates M-LOK-compatible slots for additional attachments. A vertical polymer foregrip is already installed, providing a ready-to-use forward control point.
A ported cylindrical muzzle brake/compensator with a scalloped front is installed at the muzzle. The rifle includes a manual safety and ships with four 9-round steel single-stack magazines marked .40 S&W for a total capacity of up to 9+1.
