In this .45 ACP configuration, it pairs that system with a compact 5.5-inch steel barrel that is factory threaded and capped with a knurled thread protector.
Controls are streamlined and modern: an ambidextrous safety selector, left-side charging handle, and a bolt catch support efficient operation. A full-length top Picatinny rail and a 6 o'clock accessory rail provide mounting space, and the pistol arrives with flip-up polymer sights ready for immediate use.
The housing is constructed from polymer and finished in FDE tan, complemented by black controls. The model plate is marked "VECTOR SDP CAL. .45ACP," and the pistol is manufactured in the United States with U.S. Patent Nos. 8,201,094 and 7,997,183 noted.
