It ships with two 21-round magazines and one 17-round magazine, adds a 1913 Picatinny rail with three slots, and features SIGs flat nickel-plated trigger and LXG laser-engraved grip texture.

The P365-FUSE configuration delivers the longest 4.3 inch barrel and slide in the P365 family, giving this micro-size 9mm added sight radius while retaining the P365’s compact footprint. The slide features front and rear cocking serrations, milled relief scallops near the muzzle, and an RMSc-pattern optics cut with a cover plate installed from the factory.
Its carbon steel barrel wears a durable DLC finish, while the slide carries SIG’s Nitron finish for added corrosion resistance. A green fiber-optic front blade pairs with a black square-notch rear for a fast, high-contrast sight picture.
The polymer frame uses SIG’s LXG laser-engraved texture for a secure hold and includes interchangeable backstraps for fit tuning. A removable flared magwell assists with magazine changes. A 1913 Picatinny accessory rail with three slots supports common lights or accessories.
Inside, the striker-fired system is complemented by a flat, nickel-plated trigger. Unloaded weight is approximately 23–23.5 oz with an overall length of about 7.2 in. Capacity is 21+1 with the supplied extended magazines, and a 17-round magazine is also included.
