The XL MRD configuration pairs a longer 3.8 in stainless steel barrel with a slide cut for miniature red dots. The MRD interface is compatible with Shield RMSc and Holosun 507K footprints, providing a ready-to-mount platform for popular slimline optics.
Its internal hammer-fired, single-action-only system delivers a light, crisp trigger with a 5.0 lb pull. Disassembly does not require pulling the trigger, and the fire-control safety, trigger safety, and firing pin block provide built-in mechanical safeguards.
Sight picture is anchored by a high-visibility tritium front and an all-black U-notch rear. The slide includes an external extractor, and the barrel features a recessed crown to help protect the muzzle.
The polymer frame incorporates an extended beavertail and an undercut trigger guard for control, plus a single-slot accessory rail compatible with Glock 43X MOS rail-profile accessories. Controls include a left-side, push-button magazine release.
Capacity is 18+1 with the included extended magazine, and the 15-round magazine offers a more compact profile. The frame is marked FN Columbia, SC USA, and the pistol is made in the United States.
