This Hi-Point Model 995 is the early, first-generation carbine with the classic skeletonized polymer stock that predates the 995TS. Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 16.5-inch steel barrel and straight-blowback action, it delivers the original configuration collectors and enthusiasts look for. American-made by Beemiller Inc. in Mansfield, Ohio, it features a receiver-top rail with additional side and extended bottom accessory rails and comes with two 10-round magazines.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Overall Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: The original blued finish on the metal is clean with only minimal thinning. The front iron sight is broken and requires replacement for accurate use with iron sights.

This carbine is the first-generation "classic" configuration, identifiable by its fixed, skeletonized polymer stock with an integral pistol grip and ribbed polymer fore-end. The stock includes a rubber buttpad and sling attachment points at the front and rear. Unloaded weight is approximately 5.75 lb, and the length of pull measures 14.5 inches.
It operates via a semi-automatic, straight-blowback action in 9mm Luger and uses a detachable single-stack magazine inserted in the pistol grip. Capacity is 10+1. Controls include a left-side manual safety and a left-side magazine release positioned at the rear of the trigger guard, with right-side ejection.
Factory sighting equipment consists of an adjustable aperture rear sight and a hooded front post. The receiver-top rail is complemented by side and extended bottom accessory rails for mounting compatible accessories. The knurled charging handle is on the left side and is marked "USA."
Construction details include a steel barrel, an alloy receiver, and a blued finish on the metal components with black polymer furniture. Receiver markings confirm the model and caliber, and the carbine is manufactured in the USA by Beemiller Inc., Mansfield, Ohio.
