This Howa 1500 Mini Action has been professionally rebarreled to 6mm ARC with a 26-inch McGowen Precision heavy-contour barrel installed by the previous owner. It features a threaded muzzle with a three-port brake, an OuterImpact one-piece Picatinny scope rail, and a detachable 5-round Mini-Action magazine. Made in Japan and imported by Legacy Sports, this right-hand bolt rifle pairs a steel receiver with a durable synthetic stock in tan with black web.

The heart of this build is the McGowen Precision 26-inch heavy barrel chambered in 6mm ARC, installed by the previous owner. It uses a fast 1:7.5 twist to stabilize modern 6mm projectiles and is finished with a threaded muzzle capped by a three-port brake for controlled shot-to-shot behavior.
The rifle is built on the Howa 1500 Mini Action, a compact steel receiver with a right-hand bolt and round knob. It feeds from a detachable box magazine and offers a 5+1 capacity in 6mm ARC. The included magazine body reflects the Mini-Action pattern and shows molded markings for 7.62x39 and 6.5 Grendel.
Up top, an OuterImpact one-piece Picatinny scope rail is installed, providing a solid mounting surface for your optic of choice. The rifle has no iron sights from the factory or aftermarket.
The synthetic stock wears a tan finish with black webbing for texture and includes a rubber recoil pad. Front and rear sling-swivel studs are present, with a stud-mounted bipod currently installed. Length of pull measures 13.25 inches for a consistent fit.
This Howa was made in Japan and imported by Legacy Sports of Reno, Nevada. The receiver carries a matte black finish to match the barrel and components, tying the build together with a clean, purposeful look.
