It features the modular P320 fire-control unit architecture, the XSeries grip module with an extended beavertail and high undercut, and a flat-faced trigger. It comes with three 17-round magazines and a SIG Sauer factory case.

The P320 XCarry XSeries configuration combines a compact 3.9 in barrel with a full-capacity 17+1 layout, offering an easy-handling footprint with ample on-board capacity. The modular fire-control unit architecture allows the serialized FCU to be moved between compatible grip modules and slides within the P320 family.
The XSeries grip module provides an extended beavertail, a high undercut, and aggressive texturing for secure control. Controls include ambidextrous slide catch levers, a left-side magazine release, and a flat-faced trigger. There is no external manual thumb safety.
The matte black slide features front and rear cocking serrations and an optics cut with the factory two-screw cover plate installed. Sights are tritium night sights, with a TGH3-marked tritium front featuring a green ring, paired with a serrated two-dot tritium rear for low-light visibility.
The polymer frame is finished in matte black and includes a 4-slot Picatinny accessory rail. Three double-stack, 17-round steel magazines are included and are marked 'MADE IN ITALY' with witness marks to 17. This pistol is made in the USA and uses a striker-fired, short-recoil, locked-breech action.
