The Prodigy Comp AOS uses a stainless steel, DLC-coated, match-grade bull barrel in a bushingless configuration. Its compensating system is an integrally ported barrel with slide window as part of a 5 in system; no external comp set screw, paired with a two-piece full-length guide rod for controlled cycling.
The slide and frame are forged carbon steel with a black Cerakote finish. Slide details include a lowered and flared ejection port and the Agency Optic System interface; a cover plate with a rear sight is installed from the factory.
Sights consist of a tritium front blade with a luminous dot and a black rear sight integral to the AOS plate. The pistol is single-action, semi-automatic, with an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety.
The double-stack polymer grip module provides aggressive texturing and a flared magwell. A full-length 1913 accessory rail with five cross-slots supports weapon-mounted accessories. Controls include a skeletonized three-hole trigger and a skeletonized commander-style hammer, with DS marking on the slide.
