Built for sporting applications, this Gold Sporting Clays model combines a 28-inch glossy blued barrel with linear porting and a ventilated rib. The barrel is threaded for Invector-Plus choke tubes and is chambered for 2 3/4-inch shells, with a 4+1 capacity. A green fiber-optic front bead and a white mid-bead support fast, consistent sighting.
The shotgun uses Browning's gas-operated Active Valve system with right-side ejection and a bolt release button. The aluminum alloy receiver wears a black finish and is marked "Gold Sporting Clays" in gold script. It includes a gold-colored trigger and a bright-finished bolt and handle.
The stock and forend are gloss-finished walnut with cut checkering and a pistol-grip profile. A Browning-marked recoil pad is fitted, and the length of pull measures 13.4 inches.
Manufacturing details are clearly stated: Made in Belgium and assembled in Portugal. The barrel inscription includes "PATENTS PENDING" and "Browning Morgan, Utah & Montréal P.Q.," with matching country-of-origin markings on the barrel. Year of manufacture is 2005.
