The MOD1-A lower is a factory ambidextrous configuration featuring a right-side bolt catch/release and a left-side magazine release specific to this variant, complemented by an ambidextrous safety selector. The two-stage, flat-faced trigger provides a consistent break, and the Geissele Airborne Charging Handle is present and marked PN 05-497.
The rifle wears the Geissele Super Modular Rail MK16, a free-float, 7000-series aluminum handguard with an anti-rotation/tabbed interface. It offers M-LOK slots for accessory mounting and a numbered, T-marked top rail (2–28). The MK16's lineage is tied to the USASOC URG-I program, underscoring the rail's design heritage.
A 16 in threaded barrel is fitted with a three-prong QD flash hider. The platform is AR-15 and chambered in 5.56mm NATO with a 30+1 capacity, providing a familiar and widely supported configuration.
