This German-made HK VP9 V1 is an early production, non-optics-cut example with 2015 BF date code and full import/proof markings. It features ambidextrous slide-stop levers, a paddle-style magazine release, factory tritium night sights, and the V1 trigger. German manufacture and early VP9 V1 configuration make this pistol notable. The slide is the original non-optics-cut pattern and carries CIP N proof, DE country code, BF date code (2015), and HKI Columbus GA import mark. Matching serials are present on the slide and barrel hood, and the model is the U.S.-designated VP9 (also known as SFP9 in other markets).
The operating system is striker-fired with a short-recoil, locked-breech design. Controls are fully ambidextrous, including slide-stop levers and a paddle-style magazine release. Rear charging support ears and both front and rear slide serrations aid manipulation while maintaining the VP9's clean profile.
The 4.09 in steel barrel is cold hammer-forged with polygonal rifling and a polished feed ramp, and it uses a 1:9.8 in right-hand twist. This configuration is designed for durability and reliable feeding with quality 9mm ammunition.
Sight equipment consists of fixed 3-dot tritium night sights with a Tru-Dot rear and a 6.38 in sight radius. Capacity is 15+1, and the frame integrates a MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail with four slots. The black nitro-carburized slide finish and interchangeable backstraps and side panels round out a well-executed full-size package.
