The rifle uses a robust semi-automatic, long-stroke gas piston action with right-side ejection and a left-side charging slot. The cold hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2-style birdcage flash hider, pairing durability with easy muzzle device compatibility.
The Gen 2 configuration brings an extended free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard and a continuous, numbered Picatinny top rail that runs from the receiver over the handguard. This provides a unified mounting surface while keeping the handguard slim and versatile.
Controls and furniture include an ambidextrous safety/selector with F/S markings, a polymer pistol grip with the IWI logo, and an AR-style adjustable, telescoping polymer stock mounted via an ACE rear adapter block. The platform accepts AK-74-pattern magazines, and capacity is noted at 30+1.
