The left-side magazine cut-off, gold-colored trigger, and polished blued receiver round out a classic A-5 configuration with clear Belgian proofs and "MADE IN BELGIUM" markings.

This Auto-5 Twenty retains hallmark Belgian features, including factory scroll engraving with a zig-zag border and a "BROWNING" cartouche on the receiver. The receiver is polished blued steel with the "Twenty" rollmark, and the barrel carries the "MADE IN BELGIUM" stamp along with Browning Arms Company St Louis Mo. & Montreal P.Q. address and Belgian proofmarks.
The 25.5 inch Special Steel barrel has a ventilated, matted rib and a fixed Improved Modified choke, marked by Browning’s star code "*-". It is chambered for 2 3/4 inch shells, and the bore condition is excellent with a bright, mirror finish.
The long-recoil action includes Browning’s left-side magazine cut-off for convenient loading and unloading control. Capacity is 2+1. The trigger is gold-colored, providing a classic contrast to the polished blued finish.
Furniture includes a checkered walnut stock with round-knob pistol grip and a matching walnut forend. The stock is oil-finished and fitted with a ventilated recoil pad and white-line spacer. Length of pull is 14.0 inches, providing a traditional field fit.
