The LR-308B is built on the .308 AR – DPMS LR-308/SR-25 pattern (Gen 1) and chambered in .308 Win, using a direct-impingement, semi-automatic action. It feeds from detachable box magazines with a 20+1 stated capacity, and this example includes one 20-round PMAG.
Accuracy-focused features include an 18-inch stainless steel heavy bull barrel, a 1:10 RH twist, and an unthreaded target crown. The barrel is free-floated by a round aluminum tube handguard to help maintain consistency.
The smooth-sided LR-308 upper has an integral elevated Picatinny rail for mounting optics or sights. It is configured without a forward assist, ejection-port door, or brass deflector, and it ejects to the right. A railed gas block complements the free-float setup.
Furniture and controls are classic and durable: a fixed A2 rifle stock with rear sling swivel, an A2 pistol grip, a standard rear charging handle, and a manual safety selector. The aluminum receivers feature a hard-anodized, Teflon-coated finish. This rifle bears the St. Cloud, Minnesota rollmark, reflecting original DPMS production.
