What's Included
- Taurus Circuit Judge .22 LR/.22 WMR Rimfire Convertible rifle
The Circuit Judge convertible design enables use of both .22 LR and .22 WMR via interchangeable cylinders, with a frame-mounted crane/yoke release latch on the right side of the frame ahead of the trigger guard that enables tool-less cylinder swaps. Gas-deflector plates at the cylinder gap are incorporated to manage side-blast at the frame.
The 18.5-inch steel barrel has a recessed crown. Sighting is handled by a red fiber-optic ramped front and an adjustable green fiber-optic rear, giving a clear, bright sight picture.
The DA/SA revolver action uses an exposed spurred hammer and includes a transfer bar; this specimen does not have the Taurus Security System hammer lock. Capacity is 9 rounds.
The black polymer thumbhole stock is textured and fitted with a vented, removable buttpad. An ammo storage compartment with a viewing window is built into the stock. Length of pull is 14.5 inches, overall length is approximately 34.4 inches, and weight is about 5.2 lb.
The rifle wears a blued finish on the barrel and steel cylinder. A factory screw-on/removable Picatinny/Weaver scope base attached with screws serves as the scope mount. Roll-marks include Made in Brazil by Taurus and Braztech, L.C. Miami, FL, with the Taurus logo.
