The Kalashnikov USA KR-9 brings the 9mm AK-pattern format to a U.S.-made, semi-automatic platform inspired by the PP-19-01 Vityaz. This rifle features a 16-inch threaded barrel with a knurled faux suppressor/barrel shroud installed, a hinged top cover with an integrated 1913 Picatinny rail, and classic AK-style sights. It includes three 10-round magazines and the original factory case, with an excellent, bright bore.

The KR-9 uses a closed-bolt, simple blowback action in 9mm Luger with a 10+1 capacity. Its stamped steel AK-pattern receiver features a right-side selector marked S and F, and a hinged top cover that integrates a 1913 Picatinny rail for mounting as needed.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and comes fitted with a knurled faux suppressor/barrel shroud. The bore condition is excellent, and the rifling shows sharp lands and grooves.
AK-style iron sights include a protected front post and a tangent/notch rear leaf with graduations marked 5, 10, 15, and 20. Controls and furniture are familiar, with a polymer AK-pattern pistol grip and ribbed polymer handguards.
The metal skeleton side-folding stock offers a compact footprint when folded but is currently pinned in the open (extended) position, preventing folding. Length of pull is 12.5 inches. Overall length is approximately 34.5 inches (extended). Folded OAL: N/A due to pinned stock.
