Colt’s Model 1908 Vest Pocket is a striker-fired, blowback-operated, single-action design by John M. Browning, built for discreet carry and reliable function. Colt referred to it internally as the Model N, and this example dates to 1918 production.

This pistol is an early slide-legend variant, noted for its period markings and Rampant Colt motif. The slide features vertical rear serrations, a sighting groove along the top, and a right-side ejection port.

Despite its micro size, it offers practical capacity with a 5-round magazine (5+1 total). Dimensions are compact with a 2" barrel, approximately 4.5" overall length, and weight around 13 oz.

Safety features include a thumb safety, grip safety, and magazine disconnect. The steel frame wears black checkered hard-rubber grips with large "COLT" lettering and a molded Rampant Colt. Sights are fixed iron, with a small front sight.
