The Scorpion EVO 3 S1 platform uses a simple blowback, semi-automatic, closed-bolt action in 9mm Luger for reliable operation. Controls are intuitive, with a left-side charging handle, an ambidextrous 2-position safety marked with 0/• pictograms, and a paddle-style magazine release. Ejection is to the right side.
The 7.72-inch steel barrel is threaded and fitted with a multi-port muzzle device. The bore and rifling present in excellent condition. This setup supports precise alignment with the included CZ flip-up sights.
Polymer construction keeps the pistol durable and light, finished in matte black with black-anodized/phosphate steel small parts. The receiver is marked "CZ SCORPION EVO 3 S1," with "MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC" and a CZ-USA, Kansas City, KS import mark. The firearm bears a CIP proof/date code "19."
A full-length 1913 top rail runs the receiver, and the polymer handguard integrates 1913 rail segments for accessories. CZ polymer flip-up front and rear sights are installed, each with CZ logos.
This configuration is customized with an SB Tactical side-folding stabilizing brace and an angled foregrip. Capacity is 35+1 and it ships with one 35-round Magpul PMAG EV9 magazine.
