This SW1911TA is a full-size, Government-length 1911 built on a stainless-steel frame and slide with a durable matte stainless finish. It uses a 5-inch bushing-style barrel and GI-style recoil spring plug for classic 1911 lockup and serviceable maintenance. Markings include the S&W crest rollmark and right-side "S&W HOULTON, ME U.S.A." with model designation "SW1911TA." Manufacturer part number is 108411.
The E-Series slide features fish-scale cocking surfaces front and rear for confident manipulation.
