Built on a compact steel frame with a 3.5 inch barrel, the Modello 1935 delivers the traditional Beretta .32 ACP format with an open-top slide and exposed barrel. The slide carries rear vertical serrations for purchase, and the external hammer uses a serrated spur.
This example is a post-war commercial/export pistol with Italian proof-house marks from Gardone on the left side of the frame and "MADE IN ITALY" on the right. The boxed Roman-numeral proof date "XII" corresponds to 1956, aligning with the documented year of manufacture.
Controls are consistent with European configuration, including a heel-type magazine catch at the butt and a manual thumb safety. The safety lever doubles as a slide lock for disassembly, as designed for the model.
