It features a 5-inch match-grade forged stainless barrel, a GI-style recoil system with plug and separate barrel bushing, and a stainless finish throughout. Fixed 3-dot sights and double-diamond cocobolo wood checkered grips with the Springfield Armory crossed-cannons logo laser-engraved into the wood complete the package, and it is made in the USA.

The forged stainless-steel slide and frame provide a durable, all-stainless construction with a clean, uniform appearance. The slide is configured with rear serrations only and a lowered and flared ejection port for reliable extraction.
The 5-inch match-grade forged stainless barrel uses a 1:16 RH twist, paired with a GI-style recoil system that uses a plug and separate barrel bushing—true to the 1911A1 pattern. This setup maintains the classic takedown method and parts compatibility expected of a Mil-Spec 1911.
Sight configuration is a fixed 3-dot system: a front sight with a white dot and a square-notch rear with two white dots. Controls include a thumb safety and grip safety, and the pistol retains the traditional spur hammer.
