The P320-M18 MS mirrors the configuration adopted under the Modular Handgun System, pairing a coyote PVD slide with a coyote tan polymer Carry grip module. The pistol is marked NEWINGTON, NH, USA and built on SIG’s modular fire control unit.
The slide features front and rear serrations and is optics-ready with a PRO footprint under a removable rear sight plate. A loaded-chamber viewport and SIGLITE tritium night sights (front dot and two-dot rear plate) provide practical, low-light visibility.
The striker-fired system uses a standard curved trigger, and controls include ambidextrous manual safety levers and bilateral slide-catch levers. A MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail with three cross-slots is integrated for light or laser attachment.
The 3.9 inch carbon steel barrel and carry-size configuration make this M18 variant well balanced. It ships with two 21-round magazines and one 17-round magazine; capacity is listed at 21+1. The steel magazines are stamped Made in Italy and use polymer baseplates.
Documentation details include a case label dated 14-Jan-2022. The FCU serial visible through the grip window matches the case-label serial, aligning the pistol with its factory packaging.
