This example uses the non-railed, full-size P226 frame made in Germany, paired with SIGARMS INC. EXETER NH import markings. The frame is black hard-anodized aluminum alloy, and the pistol retains the spurred hammer and standard two-piece textured black SIG-branded polymer grip panels.
It is a DA/SA, locked-breech design with a decocker. Sights are dovetailed bar-dot with luminous inserts, featuring a luminous front dot and a luminous rear bar for clear, fast alignment.
Chambered in .40 S&W, it uses the standard 4.4 in barrel and has a 13+1 capacity. The included steel SIG Sauer magazine features 5/10/13 witness holes and an installed base pad marked 'PLUS 2'. Additional markings include the SIGARMS crest on the barrel and FRAME MADE IN GERMANY. This is a Custom Shop-era Equinox treatment with a U-prefix serial range.
