This Remington Model 1100 Trap is a U.S.-made, gas-operated 12-gauge configured for trap with a 30 inch vent-rib barrel and fixed FULL choke. It features factory scroll engraving on the receiver panels and classic trap furniture in walnut with a Monte Carlo comb and cut fleur-de-lis checkering. The receiver carries the "V" suffix denoting a standard 12-gauge 2 3/4 inch receiver, and it comes with a spare 22 inch vent-rib smoothbore barrel.
The trap-marked receiver pairs with a 30 inch vent-rib barrel marked FULL and "12 GA FOR 2 3/4 IN. SHELLS." A front bead sight provides a clean sight picture on the rib. Capacity is 2+1 as configured, and the action is the proven gas-operated semi-automatic system.
The walnut trap-style Monte Carlo stock has cut fleur-de-lis checkering, a ventilated Remington recoil pad with white-line spacers, and a 14.4 inch length of pull. The matching walnut forend carries wraparound cut fleur-de-lis checkering. The metal wears a blued finish.
Factory scroll engraving decorates the receiver panels. Proofs include the REP oval proof mark and Remington proof/inspection marks on the barrel shoulder. Country of origin is the United States.
Included is a Remington Ilion-marked 1100 spare barrel: a 22 inch smoothbore with vent rib and front bead, chambered for 2 3/4 inch shells.
