The Taran Tactical TR-9 is a 9mm AR-pattern rifle built for fast handling and clean recoil control. It features a 16-inch barrel with a multi-port skeletonized compensator, a slick-side upper with a receiver-top Picatinny rail, and a lightweight carbon-fiber handguard with elongated/chevron lightening cuts and traction panels. TTI enhancements include a flared magwell, an enhanced trigger, and a Radian ambidextrous charging handle, all in a matte black anodized finish made in the USA.

This TR-9 uses a semi-automatic blowback system on an AR-9 platform and feeds from Glock-pattern magazines. The 16-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with a multi-port skeletonized compensator secured by a jam nut to help stabilize the muzzle.
The slick-side upper carries a Picatinny rail on the receiver for mounting sights or other compatible accessories. The free-float carbon-fiber handguard keeps weight down and features elongated/chevron lightening cuts, abrasive traction panels, and a TTI badge.
Controls and ergonomics are well-appointed: a Radian ambidextrous charging handle with TTI branding, TTI flared magwell, integrated enlarged trigger guard, an enhanced trigger, and a Magpul MOE-K2+ pistol grip. The collapsible 6-position stock provides an 11.0-inch length of pull.
The receivers are aluminum with a matte black anodized finish. The blowback bolt features lightening holes, and the rifle includes one 19-round Glock 9mm magazine with a TTI base pad for a 19+1 capacity. Made in the USA.
