This Tisas ZIG M1911 MEUSOC is a full-size, single-action .45 ACP built in Turkey for Military Armament Corporation and marked accordingly. It pairs classic 1911 lines with MEU(SOC)-style features, a matte QPQ/nitride-type finish intended to mimic parkerizing, and clean, practical iron sights. It comes with two 8-round magazines, a factory-labeled hard case, tools, and both installed wood grips and the original MAC-medallion grip panels.

Built by Tisas and importer-marked by Military Armament Corporation (Knoxville, TN), this MEU(SOC)-style variant stays true to the 1911 format with a steel frame and slide, a non-railed dust cover, and a smooth front strap. The flat mainspring housing includes a lanyard loop, and the slide wears practical rear cocking serrations.
Controls and fire-control parts follow the MEU(SOC)-inspired theme: a beavertail grip safety, skeletonized commander-style hammer, and a long, lightened 3-hole trigger. The pistol features practical iron sights for a clean sight picture.
The matte dark gray/black QPQ/nitride-type finish is intended to echo traditional parkerizing while offering modern durability. Markings include left-side frame rollmarks reading "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" and "M 1911 U.S. ARMY," while the right side shows the importer marking "MILITARY ARMAMENT CORP., KNOXVILLE, TN" and serial number. The underside of the dust cover/bottom of the frame is marked "TISAS Made in TURKEY ZIG M1911."
Furniture includes full-checkered wood panels with an orange/amber tone installed, plus the original black checkered MAC-medallion grips in the case. Two 8-round magazines are included to support the pistol's 8+1 capacity.
