Left-side receiver markings read "PM-11/NINEmm" over "LEINAD" over "DUCKTOWN, TN," accompanied by the Cobray snake logo. The pistol is U.S.-made and built with stamped and welded sheet-steel construction, including a pressed reinforcing rib on the receiver. A stock-mounting ear/lug is integrated at the rear of the receiver; no stock is included.
Operation is semi-automatic, closed-bolt, straight-blowback. Controls include a manual safety and a top-mounted, knurled charging knob that runs in a longitudinal charging slot. Sights are fixed, with a rear peep/aperture and a fixed front blade.
The barrel measures approximately 5 inches and is threaded. A screw-on muzzle extension/collar is installed, providing additional forward purchase at the muzzle.
