The Militia IV Arms MV-15 is a 5.56 NATO AR-platform rifle built in Burgaw, NC, featuring a 16 in barrel with 1:8 twist, a free-float quad-rail with continuous numbered Picatinny surfaces, and a matte black finish. This example includes eight 30-round magazines, an installed TOUGHSOUL rail-mounted weapon light with strobe, and a bolt-on Picatinny riser rail on the receiver. The bore is excellent with sharp rifling, and the rifle shows only light handling marks.

Built on the AR-15 platform, the MV-15 uses a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system and is chambered in 5.56 NATO. The 16 in barrel is stamped 5.56 NATO with a 1:8 twist and is topped with an A2 flash hider on a threaded muzzle.
The rifle features a free-float quad-rail handguard with a continuous, numbered Picatinny interface at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, and a low-profile gas block beneath the handguard. No sights are installed. A bolt-on Picatinny riser is mounted on the receiver to elevate attached optics or accessories.
Controls include a standard magazine release and a manual safety. The upper receiver is equipped with a forward assist, shell deflector, and ejection-port cover. Furniture consists of an adjustable polymer stock with a QD sling socket and a rubber overmolded finger-groove pistol grip. The rifle wears a uniform matte black finish.
Manufacturer markings read "MILITIA IV ARMS – BURGAW, NC – U.S.A.; model MV-15," with the Militia IV Arms crest rollmarked on the magwell. The MV-15 accepts AR-15/STANAG magazines and has a 30+1 capacity. This rifle includes eight 30-round magazines and an installed TOUGHSOUL weapon light with strobe for rail-mounted illumination.
