The FSAAP FR-9 is a compact AR-9 pistol chambered in 9mm Luger with a 7.5-inch barrel and a blowback action. It uses Glock-pattern double-stack magazines and features a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with a full-length 12 o'clock Picatinny rail. The slick-side upper includes a brass deflector and omits the forward assist and ejection-port cover. It ships with a 33-round Glock-compatible KCI USA magazine.

The FR-9 runs a simple blowback system tailored to 9mm Luger, paired with a 7.5-inch barrel for a compact AR-9 format. It is built around Glock-pattern double-stack magazines and is listed with a 33+1 capacity.
The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard and full-length Picatinny top rail provide mounting space along the 12 o'clock position. The upper is a slick-side configuration with a brass deflector and no forward assist or ejection-port cover.
Controls are familiar, including a two-position SAFE/SEMI selector and an A2-style black polymer pistol grip. The pistol uses an AR pistol buffer tube with a foam sleeve and a standard, non-QD receiver end plate.
The receivers are aluminum alloy with a matte black anodized finish. The lower is marked "FRAME BY: FSAAP FORT SMITH, AR CAL MULTI," and the firearm is made in the United States.
