The M4E1 Enhanced upper pairs with Aero's Enhanced M-LOK free-float handguard built from 6061-T6 aluminum, secured by an eight-screw direct-mount interface. A continuous top rail provides uninterrupted mounting space. Forward assist, shell deflector, and dust cover are present, and the rifle uses a direct impingement system with a 16-inch threaded barrel in 5.56 NATO.
The lower receiver integrates practical upgrades: an integrated trigger guard, increased magwell flare for easier magazine seating, a threaded bolt-catch pin, and a nylon-tipped upper-tensioning screw to fine-tune receiver fit. The receiver set is 7075-T6 aluminum with an FDE finish across the upper, lower, handguard, and muzzle device.
