The DDM4 PDW configuration pairs a 7-inch, cold hammer-forged S2W-profile barrel with a pistol-length gas system to deliver reliable function in a highly compact .300 AAC Blackout package. The barrel is threaded and fitted with a Maxim Defense HATE BRAKE to direct blast forward, complementing the PDW’s short overall length.
The PDW-style collapsing stock provides an adjustable length of pull of approximately 8.5–13 inches, enabling a compact footprint for storage and transport. Collapsed overall length is about 21 inches, and the rifle weighs roughly 5.7 lb while maintaining a 30+1 capacity.
A free-float Daniel Defense MFR XL 6.0 aluminum handguard with M-LOK slots and a T-marked continuous top Picatinny rail supports accessory placement and keeps weight low. The upper includes a forward assist and an ejection-port dust cover.
Controls and ergonomics include the ambidextrous GRIP-N-RIP charging handle with anti-gas features, a manual safety, and a textured polymer pistol grip with a geometric pattern. The tan/brown finish on the receivers complements the black pistol grip, and the rifle is made in the USA.
