What’s Included

- One 10-round metal AR-15 magazine
- Ladder-style Picatinny rail covers installed on the quad-rail handguard
The upper is the early slick-side style without a forward assist or ejection-port dust cover, while retaining a brass deflector. The upper shows an “A” forging mark, and the lower features a large “M&P 15” rollmark on the magwell.
The 16-inch barrel is chambered in 5.56 NATO and is marked “5.56 NATO 1/9.” It has a 1:9 twist rate for traditional rifling and is threaded at the muzzle with an A2 flash hider installed.
The rifle uses a gas-operated, direct-impingement system. Controls include an ambidextrous safety selector, a standard charging handle, and a standard magazine release. Capacity is 10+1 with the included magazine.
Furniture and rails are S&W-branded: a free-float aluminum quad-rail handguard with visible T-markings on the top rail, plus a six-position collapsible stock with the S&W logo and an A2 pistol grip. Ladder rail covers are installed on the handguard.
The rifle wears a black finish over alloy receivers, is full-size on the AR-15 platform, and is made in the United States. No sights are installed.
