The forged aluminum-alloy frame wears a durable black Polycoat finish and houses a 3.75 in steel barrel. The compact size and 15+1 capacity make this P-01 a well-balanced member of the CZ-75 family. The slide runs inside the frame, a hallmark of the series.
The pistol features a DA/SA action with a left-side decocking lever, a left-side magazine release, and a ring/spur hammer. An integral accessory rail is machined into the dust cover, and a lanyard loop is set into the grip butt.
Sights are fixed, 3-dot, and dovetailed. The front sight has an orange ring and is marked TG-H3, while the rear sight is marked ZP TG-16. This setup offers a straightforward, durable sight picture.
Markings include C.I.P./CZ proof stamps, a CZ-USA Hartford, CT import mark, and a NATO Stock Number (1005-16-000-8619) on the frame. The frame, slide, and barrel carry matching serial numbers, and a "24" date/proof code appears in a triangular cartouche. Cool Hand red/black textured G10 grips are installed, with the original CZ polymer panels included.
